I am perfectly happy with the car and the transaction. However, as courteous as the staff was I was somewhat put off by two things. First, the time it took to process the sale, which was a simple cash tr However, as courteous as the staff was I was somewhat put off by two things. First, the time it took to process the sale, which was a simple cash transaction, was excessive at about 3 hours. Second, our credit is golden, yet the finance manager still required us to fill out and sign countless credit application pages and refused to provide a receipt of sale. We were told it was because our check had to clear first. Making the “final” transaction obviously required the check to clear, but the way it was handled made us feel as though we were untrusted and disrespected. Further, I spoke with about 6 dealer staff people in the process of making this purchase which I cant imagine is an efficient process by any measure. More

Worst car buying experience ever. I’ve bought so many cars and this was by far the worst. Truck was 2019 with 12k miles and broke down the day after I bought it. Once the sale was done, they stopped caring about the client. I never got the second key I was told I was getting either. I regret spending $35k at this place. Never again. More
