Finance guy: and there's no way you're getting another! Not at the price you paid! Me to myself: I'll remember this as a bad experience. Worse when I find out the keys going to cost 300+. Talk to Tony (sales manager) who refuses to even discuss another key. Gets curt, but promises to hook me up with a guy who'll make me a 2nd key at a discount... Nothing but crickets since. Point is, they'll earn your business and that's all. Forget about dealer relationships, service after the sale, gratitude etc. These are things that matter to me. These seem to have been forgotten at this dealer. Exercise caution... More

Other frustrated this Daniel the sales person was great! However, I asked for a specific time to come in so I didn't have to wait long in the middle of a pandemic. I waited almost 2 hours to get with financing when I already had my checks ready to go. Right after buying car I get a call to set appointment for diamond window, why was this not done in the time I was waiting or even prior to my arrival. I had called at 10 in morning stating that I wanted that Jeep. My appointment with Daniel was a 1pm when he came in and I didn't leave there until after 4pm. Why do I know need to find a time in my schedule to come and sit again in the middle of a pandemic? More

They were good and fair with a very competitive price. My only complaint was the time needed to complete the transaction (5 hours). Lorenzo did a good job helping me get the car I wanted. I came to the dealer with a clear idea of which vehicle I wanted, and after I convinced him I wasn’t interested in anything else he immediately went to came to the dealer with a clear idea of which vehicle I wanted, and after I convinced him I wasn’t interested in anything else he immediately went to work to get the vehicle I wanted arranged to be transferred to his dealership. He also went and drove the vehicle from the dealer 80 miles away for no charge which really impressed me. I’m a very happy customer. Javier was able to give me the rate I wanted and went the extra mile to make sure the deal was correct. He was a bit dishonest though about what the manufacturer warranty covered vs the extended warranty he was hawking. For example, he said the manufacturer powertrain warranty doesn’t cover the AWD system when the details of it state that it clearly does. He also said it doesn’t offer complimentary roadside assistance which it also states that it includes. I understand the business case for advertising an extended warranty but I don’t find it acceptable to be dishonest about the benefits of it over the included manufacturer warranty. More
