Tony was my sales rep during my visit. I went to Hoover to trade in my vehicle and purchase another vehicle that was on the lot. Hands down, one of the best car buying experiences I have e I went to Hoover to trade in my vehicle and purchase another vehicle that was on the lot. I never felt pressured to look at something I wasn't interested in and Tony along with the sales manager were very patient with assisting me with finding a suitable vehicle. Ultimately, I ended up leaving the dealership purchasing the vehicle I sought out. What's even more fascinating is that I went to several other dealerships with the intent to purchase and I got the runaround. Others flat out steered me in the direction of Brand New vehicles when I wasn't interested in purchasing a New vehicle. In just a few hours at Hoover, I was able to have my trade-in appraised while also leaving in the vehicle of my choice. Hoover also gave top dollar for my trade.
