Very unpleasant experience Wanted to compare F-150 to Silverado, but was leaning toward F-150. Some lady named Adriana changed that in short order. I understand that salespeople work on commission, but I am not a fan of being accosted before even walking through the door. It was a very unprofessional experience. I was immediately uncomfortable. It became obvious she had no clue about anything about the truck. How do you sell a vehicle when you don't know anything about it? Bought the Silverado...probably should have gone to another Ford dealership outside of the 'hood, but I was so exhausted by the hard sell tactics of Hopkins, I just wanted to buy a truck and go home. More

I would not recommend buying a car here. We agreed on a price after lengthy negotiations. After coming to the dealership we were told it did not include all fees and the price was $1500 higher. I offered price after lengthy negotiations. After coming to the dealership we were told it did not include all fees and the price was $1500 higher. I offered to meet them part way and the young Hopkins owner was obstinate, would not take any ownership of the situation, and would not even knock off $200. Bought a newer, certified car the next day for less money. Stay away... More

Worst dealership ever Would not recommend dealing with this dealership on my worst enemy. Car was on empty on gas when I went to pick it up and they wouldn’t fill it up, ti Would not recommend dealing with this dealership on my worst enemy. Drove 4.5 hours to buy a car from them, the rust and door ding was never mentioned to me by Ken. When I talked to the General Manager (Kevin) about my bad experience, instead of offering to help me out he said, “My job is just to get people in the door, anything that happens after that is not my problem.” DO NOT GO HERE! Do not go here I would not ever go back to this dealership and purchase a car. I took it in and lithe problem is not covered under a warranty so now I am stuck with a $1620.00 bill. When I called and asked if there is anything that can be done or they can help in anyway, since we only had the car 3 days, I was told no bc the light wasnt on when you bought it by drew the sales manager. Right it wasnt bc I would not have bought it. I thought going to a dealer would have been a safer bet to get a reliable car but I guess I was wrong. More

They are honest and listen to the customers needs, especially if you as the customer go in and tell them exactly what you need. I enjoy visiting here during service because there are plenty of comfortable places to sit and relax with refreshments, restrooms, and TV! As a Mother of 2 Boys this is a PLUS & a NEED when waiting with kids! Also, I enjoy the Ford Rewards that they have at this Service Center too!! Everyone is very nice and wanting to help.
