Finally, a great car buying experience! After several weeks of a very difficult car search with dealearships who consistently lied about inventory and prices, I contacted Horne Hyundai. Alain Duval and Greg Pope were quick to help me over the phone and make sure they had the vehicle I was calling about, and more importantly, Greg and I were able to discuss the price of the vehicle quickly and come to an agreement. After being let down by several dealerships, I still wasn't very certain, but Greg made me feel comfortable enough to risk driving nearly 1 hour to see the vehicle. The vehicle was there, and was exactly what I anticipated. Alain, Greg, and Karl made the buying process fast, and painless. Karl did a great job offering me some purchase options such as warranties, but didn't mistreat me when I emphatically denied them. Alain and Greg both went above and beyond and I left with a vehicle purchase of which I am very content. More

The dealership is on the smaller size, but they still have a lot of great options. Our sales person, Neil, was very informed and patient. He allowed us to test drive three SUVs and look at many options including ones not currently on the lot. In the end, we purchased a 2015 Tucson SE Limited. It was a great deal and we did negotiate, but it was handled well on both ends. There were no ridiculous sales techniques that we saw at other dealerships. Neil and Phil, the sales manager, were straight forward and accommodating. We were given a lot of options for payment and in the end picked the best one that worked for us. They even stayed a few extra hours for us to complete the deal. We love our new car and we were happy for a good experience at Horne Hyundai. More
