I had no intention of purchasing a car on this visit but after spending time with Floyd and test driving a few vehicles and largely because of Floyd's salesmanship style and no pressure at all to make a purchase I decided to stop looking at other Brands and purchased a KIA. He was a pleasure to work with and a true gentleman. When it came time to finish the purchase I met Diego in the finance department and again no pressure to purchase anything I didn't want to after receiving a complete explanation of options and prices. Diego was thorough and prompt at what he does and I was out in no time at all but not before Floyd was waiting out in my new car and answered and explained all of the technology in my new car. The next day I received a text and a phone call from Floyd just following up to thank me again for my business and to see if I had any questions. I would recommend this dealership and their people to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

I know what the Horne family is about and their expectations of their employees and how customers are to be treated. We were not disappointed! Alain Duval spent literally hours with my husband in answering questions he had as how the lease option worked and exactly where all of the money was allocated. Our salesperson, Sandra Gonzalez, stayed with us for those hours and made sure that we were satisfied with our experience. We were probably the only people that she worked with that day! I know that everyone who walks into the doors of any of the Horne dealerships will receive the same treatment. Terrible Customer Service! If your Kia needs service DO NOT depend on Horne Kia's service department to help. They forget to order the parts and do not return phone calls but wi If your Kia needs service DO NOT depend on Horne Kia's service department to help. They forget to order the parts and do not return phone calls but will gladly take your money. After weeks go by and you finally get frustrated with their lack of orginization and customer service and ask for your money to be returned they will refuse to return it to you until you have a loud fit in their service department. After seeing their incompetence at the service desk I fear what would go on behind the scenes if I were to ever leave my car there for any real mechanical work. This was just for a door handle. Too bad giving 0 stars is not an option. More
