Joseph was great: found a decent mileage older model car, extremely clean with an online price $3000 less than the on lot price. Just the car and price my daughter needed. But then the Horne Kia scam kicked in, a charge of almost $1900 for a paint sealer and car tracking program you would never buy given a choice for a 2006 car. Totally unwarranted and unwanted. I will never deal with Horne Kia again. More
