Friendly, no pressure sales Was in an accident and my Dodge was on its way out. Needed dependable transportation. Had a list of vehicles we wanted to look at. Bobby Woolsey was our Sales Rep. and he was very easy to work with. He showed us all different SUV types in stock and listened to what we needed and wanted. We mentioned an ad we'd seen in newspaper and since he wasn't familiar with it, he found info and proceeded to show us a Sorento that fit the bill. We talked numbers for a while and a gentleman from financing came in and gave us an amount we felt was fair for this Sorento. We worked with Wendy to sign all the paperwork and left the dealership very happy with our new Sorento. Fast and easy and we we're treated very well by all the staff. GREAT! More

Great Experience My car was on its last legs and I was dreading the hassle of getting a new one. I found a few cars on a web sight that I was interested and Horne was My car was on its last legs and I was dreading the hassle of getting a new one. I found a few cars on a web sight that I was interested and Horne was the closest dealer so I went there first. I was greated with a smile and a handshake. I told him about the car and we found it on the lot listed for 5 thousand more than car gurus had it. Oh boy I thought here we go. Haldar instantly said wow that's a great deal let's take a test drive and he sold me the car for the websight price. Financing was fair and easy and I never had to go to another dealer. Wendy in Financing was great also. Everything was easy peasy lemon squeezy. I highly recommend this dealer. More

I'm not the easiest person to work with as I do all my research and usually go to the dealership when I'm down to two choices. I made an appointment with BARBARA and told her I was not willing to spend the day at the dealership. Amazing customer service I went to Kia last March 3 to check the Kia stinger i made multiple appointment that day with other Kia dealership. But I decided to buy here at Horne I went to Kia last March 3 to check the Kia stinger i made multiple appointment that day with other Kia dealership. But I decided to buy here at Horne Kia. The way ms barbs handled me was very amazing she made me feel that she’s there for me and made sure she answered all my question. She helped with through all the process and made sure I won’t wait there for a long time. In and out with a car process took a little over 2 hours and bam I got a new Kia stinger. I went back to the dealership few weeks for a warranty regarding my splash guard it got loose due to road debris I think and she accompanied me and made sure it’s gonna be covered. Even now sometimes I reach out to her with some questions she still responds and made me feel so important. Thank you so much ms Barbara. I will get another car soon haha More
