Due to some confusion caused by initially looking the car up on my Banks website we had several salesmen working with us. We moved to the area from Hawaii so I started my search online. When we actually went to the dealership for the 1st time I explained that I started on line but hadn't actually worked with anyone other than telling The person who called me i was not able to come in yet. When I got free time my family went to the dealership and that is where we meet Al who brought Tim over to us for a test drive. The next day we went back to look a few things over but Tim was in another test drive so Liam assisted us. By the time Tim came back Daryl already told us we were his customer because we started with the internet division. As a customer I don't really care how the game is played, I just want to buy a car. That is why I like dealerships that aren't commission based. The final salesman we worked with was Mr Craig. I felt he was a stereotypical medium to high pressure cars salesmen. At one point after he asked why I wouldn't fill out the credit request I told my wife, Daryl was going to lose the sale for the dealership because of his approach. I had already told him we are purchasing a home in Gilbert and didn't want to have multiple credit inquiries until we decided which car to buy. He ended up being a little better towards the end which is why I gave him a 4 not a 3. Although we only worked with Liam briefly he seemed very friendly and knowledgeable about his product. Tim was actually the person we took a test drive with. I felt he got the worst part of the deal because he lost out on the sale when the dealership said i was the internet's customer because I started there. More

Then we met Bob, he wasn't pushy or demanding he just honestly came across very genuine and wanted to help us make the right decision. He took time to find us the right deal and showed us how we would actually be able to purchase a brand new model of the same car and actually pay less.
