Everything ran so smoothly and no pressure at all. In the future when we need another car, there is no where else to look except Horne Kia. More

Excellent Experience - I was lookkng for the new 2016 Kia Sorento. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted - Sorento, 2016, EX-V6. This was not my first Kia. I was lookkng for the new 2016 Kia Sorento. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted - Sorento, 2016, EX-V6. This was not my first Kia. I also have an Optima. So naturally, I went to the dealtership where I had purchased the previous Kia's. What a mistake! Apparently, management has changed. I felt like I was intruding on their time. I will say this though. The salesman I talked to very helpful, but the sales manager was more interested in watching the Super Bowl News Media Day. After two hours, I walked out, nothing and I mean nothing was done to help me with my search. Maybe this explains why the dealership was void of customers both in the showroom and service area. So I went to Horne Kia. What a difference! As soon as I walked into the Dealership, I was greeted by Mike Freeman. He was very professional and treated me as a valued customer. Long story short - I found exactly what i wanted,. Horne offered me a fair price for my 2012 Sorento and a fair price for the new 2016 Sorento. I was very impressed with the professionalism, the courtesy, and respect shown to me. I drove out at the end of the day with my 2016 Sorento EX-V6. Horne Kia has my business. My salesperson, Kim Orona, was very pleasant and had an extensive knowledge of the safety features and build dynamics of the vehicle. I didn't feel pressured towards any paticular vehicle. In fact, the first car I picked is the one I ended up buying. Kinda beat up the FI Craig about the extended warranty, but I've been burned on those before. Craig answered all my crazy questions about what the warranty would cover, and made the paperwork process really smooth. I really liked how Kim stayed with me to make sure I understood how the UVO system worked. Most dealerships would just hand you the keys and expect you to learn on your own. If your looking for a Kia, or a used car, I highly recommend Horne Kia for the friendly service. More

Barb Bloss was patient with us and was okay with us test driving 3 different times. There was ZERO pressure to buy and she was very knowledgeable. The car buying process went even easier. I had every dealer in the valley arguing over price. I even went to another one that said they could beat Horne Kia but got the run around. Ill let you figure out which one that is but you can tell by the reviews. I shouldve known better. I asked Barb once if the final price was the final price and she said yes and that's exactly what I got when I went there. Simple process and I drove home that night. GO here if you want a simple easy experience. More

False Advertising! Beware of trying to do deals with the internet staff. I tried to purchase a used 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited Edition from them. They told me a great rate with my trade in, but when I went in to sign my paper work all of the sudden the price went up $2000 more from what I was supposed to walk out the door with. They false advertise and only want you to lease lease lease. It was quite interesting seems how they came crying to me TWICE for me to purchase this vehicle and still wouldn't bother even trying to match a more realistic price range for me. The staff was nice but when it came to trying to make a legit deal it was actually pretty rude how they turned me away. I won't make the mistake of trying to do business with them again. Major disappointment. More
