I mentioned to him about a poor experience we had a few weeks ago at another dealership, where we were flat out lied to about the price of the vehicle, and he promised me that we would not have that problem with them and he kept his promise. We "adopted" Daisy and she was a dream to drive home. She looks great in the driveway! I will go back to Horne Kia again, if I ever have the need for a new car. Thank you, Chris!!!!! More

Know what I mean?) It all started with an phone call from Tucson after we found our Kia online at Horne Kia, and Philip Mattice handled everything from the start with great care. We were nervous at first (we never shopped for a car online let alone use email to "lock in a price"), but after talking with Philip on the phone and receiving an email with an guaranteed price for our trade-in (using the Kelly Blue Book as an guide), we decided to travel to Gilbert, Arizona, and about 2 hours later we drove back to Tucson in our 2014 Kia Soul. Horne Kia is amazing. My husband and I went to just about every dealership in the east valley and central Phoenix. We were laughed at by most when both our credit scores were in 500 s only one of us working every dealership in the east valley and central Phoenix. I was certain someone out there would have such a vehicle and help us. Horne Kia was there to make it happen including lowering down a price by the thousands so it would fit our budget.
