We were leasing a 2012 CX-9, and went to More Mazda simply to inquire about when new 2016 CX-9s would arrive at their dealership. Alisha was very polite, and immediately helpful. Rather than guess, she went to her Manager Scott, introduced us, and they gave us the best information known at that time, which was meager from the factory. Without any pressure, Alisha encouraged us to keep in contact with her, and we gladly followed-up with her. She contacted us immediately in mid May when several new CX-9s had arrived. We had given her guidelines as to which features we desired, and wanted to drive a new CX-9. The vehicles did not match our desires, e.g., paint and interior color, Grand Touring features, etc., but we drove one and liked it. Alisha positively offered us the car, but we declined. Rather than be more pushy, she worked with her managers, found a desirable car in transit to Tucson. With Scott and particularly Jesse's input, clearly in concert with Alisha, we worked out difficult lease numbers and made a deposit. Nearly 2 weeks later (longer than expected), Alisha drove to Tucson and picked up the car we desired. Leasing signing with Alisha's orchestrating the process with our visit was extremely pleasant and exactly as expected. I knew exactly what I wanted going in there, so once I expressed that, they assisted me quickly I enjoyed my purchase experience from this dealership. I will definitely go back there once my lease ends. The best part was probably the finance piece of it. The employee was super nice, fast, and to the point. I appreciated getting out of there in a timely manner, as I have experienced in the past (with other dealerships) times where we've been there for hours and hours with lots of going back-and-forth. Best experience I've ever had! I did my research on suv's for several weeks before deciding on a Mazda. Then I narrowed my search to a 2015 CRX5 at More Mazda. My husband and I drove there 1 hour before closing, the car was parked out front, so we looked it over top to bottom and front to back, even sitting inside the car. Our salesman, Noy Converse, finally came over to answer any questions and let us drive the car. He was very helpful and informed about the car and Mazda in general. I told him we would be back the next morning to finish the sale. No pressure or hard sales. The next morning we met him, completed the paperwork, and he sat in the car with us explaining every button, dial and feature in the car. Would you believe we were in and out in 2 hours flat! Noy was great, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to More Mazda to buy another car from him. Oh, and the best part is, I absolutely love this car!! Thank you Noy Converse and More Mazda of Tempe!
