Great place We were 200 miles from home on a Saturday 10 minutes before noon. When our Buick started having problems we were driving by House and swung in. Amanda plugged in the computer found out the problem the car was not drivable, She quickly called the local car rental place, to find out if they had a car. She then drove us and our luggage to the rental after her quitting time. I can't say enough good things about her customer service. More

Nice cars, very slow service. I only say yes to recommending them if you have a lot of time to kill. They have nice cars, and I think they are competitive. I went there with plans on purchasing a specific vehicle and made that purchase. I was pressured to get financing through one of the banks they deal with even though I told them numerous times I already had financing arranged and would be using my local small town bank, which I did. The wait time from time of saying yes to the purchase and doing the paperwork was ridiculous, 3 hours of waiting. If I had not driven 3 hours to get there I would have left and perhaps tried on another day. I realize its first come, first served, but get some help if you need it. They said they couldn't afford another business/finance person. I guess I remember when customer service meant something, and businesses actually cared about their customers. And they gave you some gas in the tank when you purchased a vehicle. More
