Waiting to long for parts and service I called an appointment for service on Thursday afternoon. One part needed to be ordered. My service was scheduled for 7am Monday. Time need to comple I called an appointment for service on Thursday afternoon. One part needed to be ordered. My service was scheduled for 7am Monday. Time need to complete repair was estimated at less than 30 minutes. I arrived at 6;50 am. My vehicle was not moved to service bay til 7:20. I was informed at approximately 8 am that the part was not yet on site but should arrive within 15 minutes and repair would be completed shortly. Repair was finally complete at 9:45. I finally had my car returned and paid for by 10. I was informed several times that it would be only a few more minutes. If I had been informed that the part was not available when I arrived I would have left the vehicle and not waited. More
