Blazer 1 Had a few issues with changes during the sales process but was worked out to my satisfaction. At this writing have not picked up the Blazer. No followup on service as requested. Brought 2018 Chevy Silverado to service to have AC recharged before 3000 mile trip. Financial games We bought a pickup and got it for the price we wanted. We were at our top dollar for month payments with the purchase priced that was agreed upon. Then we had to do the title transfer and final detail paper work. The business manager we worked with at this point was overly persistent. He did not listen to our needs and kept telling us only 30 dollars a month( which was really 40) shouldn't be hard to afford for service plans and other sales add ons. I didn't want it. And after telling him no about 5 times I said "I know you make money on these sales pitches, they are not needs. " He then said a very rude comment of me making money at my job and how it's no different. I am confident I purchased a quality vehicle, hence the reason I bought it. I should not need to buy more "insurances". However the lady we talked to about purchasing the truck and any questions we had was great. Got us answers as fast as possible, and great to work with. However the administrator that did our final paper work, he was rudely over persistent and did not look out for our customer needs as we wanted them serviced. I understand asking two or three times about up selling. But over 5 times is not needed. More
