Excellent service from the two men. We had been to several dealerships looking for an Enclave. We were not able to come up with anything that we really wanted. We were almost getting ready to "settle" for something else. We were at Cabelas and just happened to come upon the House dealership. Decided to check it out. We were very happy with what we found in the lot and inside the dealership. We got the Enclave we had been looking for, and we found the perfect guys to work/deal with. Steve and Mike both did everything in their power to make the deal work. They answered all questions and were very knowledgeable with information on the vehicle and the financing. Customer service was excellent in the service area I went in for a LOF and inspection, got home and decided to open the hood and I could see that my coolant reservoir was not topped off and windshield I went in for a LOF and inspection, got home and decided to open the hood and I could see that my coolant reservoir was not topped off and windshield washer fluid was not topped off either, also the air filter box was never opened. Took my air filter box off and found my air filter dirty and a bunch of debirs in the air box. More

Top notch customer service My son and I were pulling a uhaul trailer from Iowa to Minneapolis in my 2007 Avalanche when the engine light came on and started mis-firing about 12 My son and I were pulling a uhaul trailer from Iowa to Minneapolis in my 2007 Avalanche when the engine light came on and started mis-firing about 12 miles south of Owatonna on I35. We pulled into House Cheverolet at 2:30 pm on a Friday but Chris the service advisor still got my truck into a service bay and had a tech look at it. Turned out to be a broken spark plug and a few other bad ones. The service people went above and beyond to help a couple of out of towners by getting my vehicle in and back on the road in a few hours. They even procured a spark plug wire kit they didn't have on hand from another source and went and got it!!. To top that off they were very fair with me on my bill. THIS IS HOW A DEALERSHIP SHOUL BE RUN! THANK YOU SO MUCH HOUSE CHEVROLET!! Especially the sevice staff you people rock!! More
