Mechanical Issues While driving to Minneapolis last week my 2018 Equinox started to do strange things so I pulled off the freeway and went to House Chevrolet. I was able to pull my vehicle right in and was met by Ms. Berrier who in turn gave instructions to staff to figure out what was wrong and get me back on my way. The service staff and mechanic figured out the problem right away, had the part readily available and I was back on the road within 1/2 hour. Ms. Berrier assured me the papework would be taken care of and thanked me for my business. I had in the past had a very bad experience at this dealership, but I am truly impressed with the new service department manager and the way the situation was handled. I had a great experience I was treated great, they kept me up to date on what was going on and gave me a time frame.
