In fact we were so impressed with Mike and House Chevrolet Cadillac that we have updated to a new 2018 Escalade Platinum. We called Mike about the noise in the rear of our 2018 Escalade, he set up an appointment with service. Mike and Cris were very helpful filling out the service request. When we picked up the Escalade, Erik and Mike explained what thier recommendations were and that they expected a break in period would resolve the issue. More

Great people I brought my vehicle there when the check engine light was on. Prior to them being House Chevrolet, they were Walser which is where i originally bough I brought my vehicle there when the check engine light was on. Prior to them being House Chevrolet, they were Walser which is where i originally bought my car. I have the bumper to bumper protection on my car through Walser. These guys worked with me and were able to get my gasket valves, oil valve crack and the turbo replaced in my 2016 Cruze along with an oil change and tire rotation for very little cost (as in just over $200.00 because that is the detuctible). I had my doubts about them, but these guys are great! More
