Mechanical Issues While driving to Minneapolis last week my 2018 Equinox started to do strange things so I pulled off the freeway and went to House Chevrolet. I was a While driving to Minneapolis last week my 2018 Equinox started to do strange things so I pulled off the freeway and went to House Chevrolet. I was able to pull my vehicle right in and was met by Ms. Berrier who in turn gave instructions to staff to figure out what was wrong and get me back on my way. The service staff and mechanic figured out the problem right away, had the part readily available and I was back on the road within 1/2 hour. Ms. Berrier assured me the papework would be taken care of and thanked me for my business. I had in the past had a very bad experience at this dealership, but I am truly impressed with the new service department manager and the way the situation was handled. Thank you House and Chris Berrier. You have regained our very loyal Chevy family trust! More

Very nice dealership, Great Customer Service! They were fast an efficient with getting my truck fixed and back on the road. They had the parts on hand and got it fixed right away. I was able to get to my destination safe and on time. More

My brother in law helped us out by taking our car up to House when we had a warranty repair, he was so impressed that he now goes up there for servicing his car, that should tell people how well they do in taking care of us when we need them.
