Repair work, break down. I broke down with my 3500 Chevrolet diesel pickup July 27th. I pulled into House Chevrolet at 6:45am and this place was unbelievable. Right from the t I broke down with my 3500 Chevrolet diesel pickup July 27th. I pulled into House Chevrolet at 6:45am and this place was unbelievable. Right from the time i pulled in there House Chevrolet employees treated me like i was there top customer. I had multiple codes on my truck, Ed the mechanic started checking my truck out immediately, Ed did a lot of checking and came to the conclusion the turbo went out and it was a 12 hour work order, Eric immediately started checking with the warranty company for the repairs ( remember i had no appointment set up ). The warranty company drug there feet and they went ahead and ordered the parts needed so they could try to get me on the road ( I was traveling from Northern Mn to Southern Tx for work ). Ed told me right up front it would probably would not be done until Monday, Ed worked on my truck 3/4 of the day on Friday and was waiting for the parts to get there. House Chevrolet got me back on the road Saturday at 12:15 pm. House Chevrolet and there employees were the nicest people i have ever met and if i could have i would give them a 10 star. First time i was ever there and they all treated me like i was there best friend. I wish all Chevrolet dealers were this friendly and committed to customer service. More

This House Is Not A Home I own a GMC Terrain that I had taken in for an excessive oil consumption issue. This is a known problem with these vehicles and the second time for th I own a GMC Terrain that I had taken in for an excessive oil consumption issue. This is a known problem with these vehicles and the second time for this car in particular. Due to the nature of the problem I was put in touch with the House Service Director from the beginning. Due to delays mostly on GM’s end getting a response on GM assistance and them requiring every piece of paper on every service ever done it was almost a month before I got my vehicle back. Once received, there were multiple issues that weren’t there when I dropped it off. I made several phone calls, messages, and emails to try and coordinate repair (again). Over the next three weeks I didn’t hear one single response. I even forwarded my email to Mr. House himself. No response a week later as I’m writing this. It turns out my concerns were valid. After taking a day off of work to resolve this matter the technicians found a loose engine mounting bolt that wasn’t torqued properly during the initial repair. I understand that a mistake was made and to their credit they owned it once I was there. What is unacceptable is their decision to actively avoid responding to me and addressing my concerns. Especially when I escalated those concerns to the owner himself. A simple “bring it down, we’ll take a look at it” would have sufficed. I live in the south metro area and chose House because of the small town service I had been accustomed to when it was Walser Chevrolet. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect when it comes to customer service. More
