Mostly good! I stopped in to price out a new truck. Austin was more than accommodating! Gave me some options for what was available near the dealership, because they didn't have it in stock While waiting for my new truck to arrive I was involved in a small fender bender, so I called the dealership to let them know what had happened. They were again, more than accommodating to me. They said we can adjust your trade price so that the repairs could be made. I also had them switch my plow mount over to the new truck, which was great. The did a great job. The reason for the 4 star rating is, they didn't ever let me know what it would cost to have these thing done. I expected to pay for it, that's fine but, I think an upfront quote on the cost would at a minimum, prepare you for the expense. The other thing that seemed off to me was that while they were looking my truck over for accident damage, one of head light mounts which when it was on the truck did not appear to be broken. I was told it had been that way for some time they thought, possibly when the snow plow was originally mounted to the truck.My question is if it had been broken for 3.5 years, how did I not have any other problems with it in that amount of time. I was told by the Austin that his techs did not break it. so you can see the outcome. I ended up paying for it. More
