Hiccup in Otherwise Great Service Team I am usually very pleased with the service and the people at Red Wing Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, however, I worked with a different service advisor (unn I am usually very pleased with the service and the people at Red Wing Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, however, I worked with a different service advisor (unnamed here to protect the innocent) for this call and because of bad communication from him, it took longer than usual to resolve my original issue. The technician involved also lost a wheel cover for one of the wheels during the call resulting in the need to order a new part and do a return visit. More
