Terrible customer service Brought in for oil change, TPS system wasn’t working and a speedometer adjustment as I put different tires on. Never called when done, had to contac Brought in for oil change, TPS system wasn’t working and a speedometer adjustment as I put different tires on. Never called when done, had to contact them said they got to busy to call me. Didn’t update speedometer and said it needed a new module for TPS. Brought back couple weeks later and for 2 days had it in there shop then determined the tires didn’t have TPS installed on valve stems. 2 days to determine that?! Said it was finally done, went to pickup and now right side steering wheel controls don’t work, check engine light on and manual shift button on shifter column doesn’t work. None were an issue prior. Unbelievable for a factory service location. More
