They sold me a lemon. I recently purchased a vehicle from Red Wing Ford and worked with Richard Jack and Andy Brinkman. I was informed there was NOTHING wrong with this veh I recently purchased a vehicle from Red Wing Ford and worked with Richard Jack and Andy Brinkman. I was informed there was NOTHING wrong with this vehicle. From the moment I drove off the lot I have had lights turn on, had it in the shop to be repaired, took it home from the shop and had the transmission knock VERY LOUD when it was down shifting as I was slowing down on a hill, let's also not forget that it's burning oil! I inquired with Richard and he was of no help, he actually ran and hid when I showed to pick up my car. I called the dealership upset and crying and the New Car Sales Manager was the only one in. I was clearly upset and crying and he continued to tell me I was yelling at him and hung up on me. I purchased this vehicle 6 days ago and I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! I would NOT recommend this dealership to any family or friends. More
