Left with them causing more problems The repair was scheduled 10 days in advance. I was told they’d have a courtesy car. They did not have one. When I picked my vehicle up my children’s car seatseats were toppled and tossed about, couldn’t even be bothered to just set them back on the seats. Service lights that weren’t on ever before now were, my van also was running extremely loud and rough, it shakes, my trip odometer was reset and a burning smell coming from under the hood. My vehicle was in better shape BEFORE they repaired it. More

Another painless experience While not major, this service experience was very painless. (ie.. replacement of a stuck PVC valve) Tim Hudacek, our Service Advisor, always goes abov While not major, this service experience was very painless. (ie.. replacement of a stuck PVC valve) Tim Hudacek, our Service Advisor, always goes above and beyond to be friendly, personable and informative. He even called our extended warrantee company to get partial payment. This is the second or third tine Tim has been our Service Advisor. I do think that at least vacuuming out a vehicle and /or cleaning the windshield when service is completed is a small but meaningful service that would pay for itself many times over. This is a service that was dropped by most Car Dealers/service centers apparently to save a few dollars. More
