Your salesman Craig Galloway signed a contract to provide a 2023 CRV, then when I asked if the dealer could add an item, he took it upon himself to cancel the deal and sell the car to someone else and pursue a 2023 CRV, then when I asked if the dealer could add an item, he took it upon himself to cancel the deal and sell the car to someone else and pursued finding a 2024 CRV.for me. Without my knowledge or approval. He is the example of why customers see car salesmen as "lie, cheat and steal". I still have the contract, and I could probaly file charges against your dealership, however I won't as I don't care to have any further contact with Hubler ever again in the future. More

The salesman was a great guy (Trent) who I would trust. His manager is someone who I would not want to do business with. He insulted us with the offer he made for our trade in.
