We showed up on the used lot possibly interested in a used 4Runner we saw parked on the corner. Quickly finding out it didn't meet our needs, Jesse walked us over to the new side and found us the perfect new vehicle within the same price range within 5 minutes. We had seen it online and asked him if they were still available. We test drove the best one and were sold! We had done our research prior to know what would work for us and what wouldn't. We already had our financing secured elsewhere and Steve, the finance manager never pressured us to switch over like many dealerships will pressure you into doing. Even with someone else's bank loan, he still took the time to explain different payment options and answered our questions that we had about gap insurance for a new car. We are first time new car buyers and we had a lot of questions they both answered very kindly. They sold us the extended bumper to bumper warranty (7yr-100,000 miles) for a very fair price as well as a nice Ziebart package that prayed down the outside of our vehicles and our interior seats and guaranteed them for 10 years. We have kids and so that was a welcomed add-on and a very fair price! Toyota also gives 25,000 mile or 2 year free maintenance with Toyota Care as well- so we won't even be paying for oil changes for 2 years! We really have confidence that our new car will keep us repair free and on the road without hassles. Our last car was constantly being towed and repaired (wasn't a Toyota). We believe if our car does have troubles, they will take care of it as promised in the warranty. They also provide rental car with our warranty during overnight repairs. We can use the warranty at any Toyota dealership in the country to service and repair our car. After returning the next day with our check from the bank to pick it up and complete the deal, the car was clean as a whistle and Jesse put a full tank of gas in it for us to be on our way. He offered to go over anything in the manual with us regarding the car's functions and explained when we needed to return for our free/included service. He even set up our first appointment and introduced us to the parts and service department so we would know where to go. It was the most pain-free car buying process we ever had experienced and never felt that anything we didn't want was forced on us. When we declined something, they moved on and only went into detail on the things we wanted to buy that would meet our family's needs. We knew what we were looking for when we arrived, and hadn't been able to find it elsewhere. Jesse provided it immediately and we felt he wasted none of our time or his. Fast, efficient and exactly what we wanted! Even on a Friday night/Saturday morning with our bank being closed Friday night when we originally picked out the vehicle, we had the deal finished in less than 18hours. We felt the time was spent on the things that were important to us, and not on trying to sell us things we didn't want or need like some car dealerships will do. We recommend Jesse from Beck Toyota! He won't waste your time on things you don't want and he will gladly take his time and thoroughly explain the things that are important to your needs. We'd send family or friends to him in a heart beat. More

We started out by talking with their Internet manager, Josh Kohler. We live in Brazil, IN, but after talking with Josh we decided it would be worth the drive to check things out. Todd Godan was the salesperson everybody hopes to find, but rarely do. He was knowledgeable, friendly, very patient with us and never pushy. He was willing to do whatever he could to help get us what we wanted. His manager, Jess, was willing and able to work the numbers and get us the deal we needed. Steve in Finance worked his magic and finished off the whole amazing experience. It would be a long drive for service, but if the Service Department is as great, it would be worth the drive. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. If you're looking for a Toyota or Scion, Beck is definitely the dealership you want to go to. A great deal and amazing customer service. More
