4th Time Buyer We stopped in at Beck's on Memorial Day to look at a new Camry. Todd Godan approached us in the lot and asked us if we had any questions. After a short time with Todd, he told us he would be available if we had any additional questions. We liked that he gave us time alone to discuss our potential purchase - never felt pressure to buy. We met with Todd a second time with questions about the differences between the SLE and XLE models. Todd was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. His expertise was a key factor in our decision to buy the XLE. The entire experience from start to finish was positive, which was no surprise since this is our fourth vehicle we have bought from Beck. Still drive the 96 Camry and it still runs great as do the 2001 Sienna and 2005 Camry. More

When we went back two days later to test drive, the dealership was very accommodating in letting us test as many vehicles as we wanted to be sure we got what we were looking for. Excellent customer service I stopped in at Beck knowing exactly what I wanted, a used Camry hybrid. Derik listened to what I was looking for. I test drove a non-hybrid that day. Successful first-time car purchase I came into Beck Toyota on Saturday morning, 5/23, with my dad to look for a "new" car. I'd been driving my 16th birthday present Ford Mustang my whol I came into Beck Toyota on Saturday morning, 5/23, with my dad to look for a "new" car. I'd been driving my 16th birthday present Ford Mustang my whole life, and despite my strong attachment to my car and wish that she would live forever, she was presently on her death bed after 15 years. Derik Wilkerson took the time to let my dad and I test drive a couple cars, and was very understanding when we told him that we needed to look at some other cars at different dealerships before I made my ultimate decision. He was not pushy for a sale that morning, and I respect him greatly for that, unlike the other car salesmen I would encounter later that day. My dad and I returned to Beck that afternoon after looking at other cars… I decided that the 2012 Toyota Camry SE that I had test-driven with Derik that morning was MY car… It just spoke to me! It was a little higher than what I originally planned to pay for a car, but my dad and I both agreed that it was still a great deal. Derik was also great the second time around… After knowing he made a sale, he still took a lot of his time to answer my questions and was very attentive to me and my anxieties over such a big life purchase. It seemed like he understood how serious I take such purchases, and he was just very kind throughout all my nervous banter. Even when we were paid up and getting ready to drive my "new" car home, Derik made sure she was cleaned and had gas before I took her to her new home. I would recommend Derik and his genuine kindness to anyone looking for a new Toyota (Tom and Steve were also great). I felt good knowing Derik was going to make a commission on my purchase. I hope it was substantial (he deserves it!), and I hope he will be able to spoil that new baby of his with some of his earnings. More
RAV4 purchase from Trent Purdue My wife and I had an 97 Camry being repaired at Beck Toyota. The repairs were going to cost more than we wanted to spend. It was time to replace the C My wife and I had an 97 Camry being repaired at Beck Toyota. The repairs were going to cost more than we wanted to spend. It was time to replace the Camry with a newer car. We had bought (another car) a Prius from Beck Toyota six years ago and it is still running great. As soon as my wife and I got the cost for the repair bill on the Camry we decided to meet at back Toyotas used car lot. We met with Trent, and started looking at our RAV4's, which we were thinking about switching with the Camry about eight months further down the road. We knew exactly what we wanted and trying to help us pick through the inventory that he had on the lot plus another car that was going to be delivered to the lot soon. It was the best sales experience we've EVER had buying a new or used car. In addition to wanting to buy a replacement, we wanted to expedite the sales process before the busy holiday weekend. We took a ride in a RAV4 on the lot, asked about other similar RAV4s and Trent made us aware of another RAV4 due the next day to Beck Toyota. It was going to be the red RAV4 that we drove or a blue one that was yet to arrive at the lot... But we knew we were buying from Trent and Beck Toyota again! Trent was the PERFECT salesman! Helpful to guide us through inventory options and any questions we had on trade in of our old car or the RAV4 we were looking to buy! We were so sure about purchase, that we started the documentation process the same day (within 1-1/2 hours of arrival on lot) and stayed in touch with him all during the next day waiting for the arrival of the other RAV4. We even had negotiated the final price on either car ahead of time, so we could expedite the sale! The other RAV4 was delivered to the lot about 8pm. We met Trent, took a quick drive, and chose that vehicle. Trent had some pare work started, and ANOTHER GREAT GUY... (Finance manager) Steve Rose stayed late to help us finalize the sale, add some other value add options... And ultimately drive home in the newer RAV4 that night! (We remember Steve who financed our Prius years earlier at Beck). We will attend the used car orientation at Beck (we remember the new car version)... And could not be happier! BEST and most expedient sales process EVER!!! Thanks Trent (and Steve)! More
