Trent was everything we hoped for in a salesman - very knowledgeable, pleasant, answered every question and displayed no pressure to sell. Excellent second time buyer experience I stopped at Beck Toyota to consider what our next car purchase might be. We have been Toyota owners for some time. We had a 2010 Venza that we had I stopped at Beck Toyota to consider what our next car purchase might be. We have been Toyota owners for some time. We had a 2010 Venza that we had been very happy with. However, I wanted a car that traveled better on long trips. Dave Kellar listened to my needs and immediately recommended the 2015 Avalon Hybird. We wanted a quiet, smooth ride but did not want to go into the full sized crossover class of car. The Avalon Hybrid is an unbelievable vehicle. It is, by far, the most comfortable vehicle I have ever driven or owned. The hybrid technology and the safety technology is further advanced that I even knew was possible. We have had the car about a month. After having driven about 2000 miles, we experience 38-40 mpg at all times. Road mpg is 38-39, town mileage is 39-40. A very stiff headwind will drop it to 35-36. We traded our Venza and felt that having it always serviced at Beck created a higher trade in value. Thank you Dave Kellar, Beck and Toyota for a fine buyer experience and a fine automobile. VERY DISAPPOINTED I CALLED THE INTERNET SALES WITH THIS DEALERSHIP ABOUT A VEHICLE I SEEN ONLINE. LOVED THE VEHICLE LOVED THE PRICE. SPOKE TO THE INTERNET SALES PERSON I CALLED THE INTERNET SALES WITH THIS DEALERSHIP ABOUT A VEHICLE I SEEN ONLINE. LOVED THE VEHICLE LOVED THE PRICE. SPOKE TO THE INTERNET SALES PERSON A COUPLE OF TIMES STARTING AT AROUND 11AM. I ASKED HIM TO MAKE SURE THE TRUCK I WAS LOOKING AT DID NOT GO ANYWHERE THAT I WANTED TO PURCHASE IT. HE TOLD ME THE TRUCK HAD BEEN THERE FOR A WHILE AND SAID THAT THE EXPENSIVE TRUCKS LIKE THAT DID NOT MOVE FAST. I SAID OK BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE IT DOES NOT GO ANYWHERE. I TALKED TO THE SALES PERSON A COUPLE OF TIMES VERY FRIENDLY. I WAS TRYING TO GET THE PAYMENT WHERE I COULD AFFORD IT. MADE IT VERY CLEAR I WANTED THE TRUCK. I FINALLY CALLED AT AROUND 6 OR SO AFTER TALKING TO THEM FROM 11 AM TO 6 PM TO PUT MONEY DOWN ON THE TRUCK. THEY TOLD ME THEY SOLD THE TRUCK. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL AND ASK ME TO PUT MONEY DOWN OR EVEN SAY SIR WE HAVE A CUSTOMER IN HERE GETTING READY TO BUY THE TRUCK I KNOW WE HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH YOU ALL DAY IF YOU WANT THE TRUCK WE ARE GOING TO NEED MONEY DOWN. SO I CALL TO SPEAK TO THE MANGER TO EXPLAIN TO HIM HOW UPSET I WAS AND THAT I WANTED TO PURCHASE THE TRUCK. HE BASICALLY TOLD ME HE HAD A BUISNESS TO RUN AND HE DID NOT CARE. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT. I WOULD HAVE EXEPECTED TO HERE SIR IM SO SORRY BUT LET ME WORK ON GETTING YOU ANOTHER TRUCK JUST LIKE THE ONE YOU WANTED. BUT KNOW IT WAS LIKE I WAS BOTHERING HIM. SO SAD TO SAY THE SALESMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SEEMED LIKE HE WANTED MY BUISNESS BUT SOMEONE HAD SOLD THE TRUCK OUT FROM UNDER HIM. SO DUE TO THE WAY THE MANAGER HANDLED MY CONCERNS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUISNESS WITH THEM. VERY DISAPPOINTED WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING BUISNESS WITH THEM. More

Great First Time Buyer Experience I had taken my 2000 Toyota Camry to Beck Toyota Scion for all of the maintenance needs for the last few years. When it came time to buy a new car Beck I had taken my 2000 Toyota Camry to Beck Toyota Scion for all of the maintenance needs for the last few years. When it came time to buy a new car Beck was our first and only stop. Jerry Drexler was very helpful from the start. He explained all of the car's bells and whistles. He didn't try to sell us on anything bigger or better. He also told us about a college graduate discount. Steve Rose was also very helpful. He explained all of the documents clearly and thoroughly. I forgot to check to see if there was a DVD player for the kids (wife would've killed me) and there wasn't. Stephen went into action and made it happen the next day and I made the deadline to drive my family to Florida. We will go back to Stephen and Beck for our next vehicle for sure! More
