I was looking for a good used Rav 4 and had found one at another dealership and made an appointment to go see it and test drive it and the salesman called me while I was on my way and said it had been sold another dealership and made an appointment to go see it and test drive it and the salesman called me while I was on my way and said it had been sold before I got there. After talking to Wendell he told me he would hold the Rav, that had not come in to the dealership, for me and that I would be the first one to see it and test drive it. After it came he Wendell stood by his promise and called me and held it for me until I could get there and after seeing the car it was exactly what I was looking for I purchased the vehicle.
