It was a pleasure to deal with Dave Langston in trading our Rav4 for a new Rav4. In the last eight years I have purchased six vehicles from this dealership. I choose to deal with him and I certainly was not disappointed. In this peculiar time in the car industry the inventory of cars available is scarce. He listened to what my wife and I wanted. He then with the help of Mike Luck found the correct Rav4 and did a dealer trade. The value given to my trade was very fair and the price of the new vehicle was fair. No hard sell, no pressure! He let us make up our mind. Having said all this Mr. Langston is an experienced salesperson. He has skills that quite frankly are so lacking in many areas of business these days. He knows how to handle people, makes them feel comfortable and he listens. Also Allison Merritt was very helpful helping us set up the technical side of the purchase.
