We found the dealership to have the volume of trucks we were looking for and to allow us time to hold this particular truck while we make the 2.75 hour trip over to Indy. Great overall experience with their staff including the service parts gentleman who helps look up a item we were interested in who also recommended a local after market shop for truck accessories. Great dealership and outstanding salesman Scott Olivares who went out of his way to help us and did get back with us promptly on any questions we had. Scott even called to make sure we got home safety on our long trip to this dealership where no other dealerships did on 4 hour trips we made out of state. In 2017 I bought a certified toyota camry from beck toyota with 11000 miles on it. Carfax no Accident. I was also told by the car salesman the that a car that is certified by toyota cannot be certifie toyota with 11000 miles on it. Carfax no Accident. I was also told by the car salesman the that a car that is certified by toyota cannot be certified if it's been involved in a car accident. 2 years after ownership I was involved in smalle Fender Bender. I want to claim a diminished value on my car the insurance company informed me that my car prior to my purchase was involved in a major accident totaling over $9000. I told him that this was impossible that I had a carfax at the time of purchase it said that the cars never been involved in an accident and that toyota will not certify a car that is been in an accident they sent me the documentation shown me that the car was involved in an accident involving a commercial vehicle were it suffered frame damage The funny thing is that a toyoda dealership body shop is the one repaired the car in did not reported to carfax nor the dealership this is part of the process when you buy a certify toyota they double check these parameters such as you get an oil change that stays with the life of the car the maintenance record if it goes to their body shop that does too but still my car was certified The dealership did nothing to correct this problem and sold a vehicle that is unsafe to drive on a public roadway I do not recommend buying any certify vehicles from this dealership More
