Bought a new Vehicle from them last week (Wednesday 3/25/20) and not even a week later (Monday 3/30/20) we took it back to this dealership because they were going to install the remote start, when I le 3/25/20) and not even a week later (Monday 3/30/20) we took it back to this dealership because they were going to install the remote start, when I left my new vehicle there, it did not have any scratches or anything. IT WAS NEW (2020) after we picked up our vehicle (3/31/2020) we parked it on our driveway and did not drive it until Thursday 4/2/2020 and before we drove it we realized it had some scratches on the back so I called the salesman (Anthony) and he gave me an appointment to look at the vehicle. I went back to the dealer thinking they were gonna take responsibility and fix it but after not even 2 minutes they came back inside and said it was not them or their responsibility. They did not even asked employees or anything. They just went outside looked at the scratches really quick and came back and said they were not going to fix it. Now we have to Pay to fix something that we DID NOT do. If you ever leave you vehicle at this place for maintenance or any other services, make sure you take pictures before and after because if something happens to you vehicle they won’t take the responsibility for it and they will let you pay to fix it. More

I am a 62 year old widow and a retired RN. At Beck Toyota, Trey Ashby was tremendous in helping me choose my new car. After hours of test driving new and used vehicles, I chose a Ruby Pearl 2020 Toyo Toyota, Trey Ashby was tremendous in helping me choose my new car. After hours of test driving new and used vehicles, I chose a Ruby Pearl 2020 Toyota Highlander XLE. It's beautiful inside and out. I chose to add the Ziebart package to treat the awesome two tone leather interior as well as the rustproof treatment. To top it off, I added the Diamond ( I think it's called that) treatment to the paint. I didn't think the paint could look any better, but it really shines like a diamond in the jewelry case. The surface of the paint is as smooth as the glass on my cell phone! My car drives smooth. The seats are comfortable and the second row with the bench seat is roomy enough for my two big dogs (with a seat cover of course)! I could go on but you should check out Beck Toyota when looking for your next car. Ask for Trey Ashby, he was very helpful and not pushy. More
