Used Vehicle Purchase I had searched for some time to find a used Camry equipped the way I wanted it and with low miles. An online search showed that Beck Toyota had taken a leased vehicle in that met my criteria. I called the used car department and talked with salesman, Dave Langstron who confirmed that the car was in stock. That afternoon I went to Beck, a local dealership for me, talked with Dave, test drove the car and made the purchase with a trade in. The overall experience in dealing with Dave in particular and Beck in general was very positive. The whole affair took less than 2 hours to complete. Bought a Certified Highlander I wanted to get a Highlander and paid a lot. My disappointment was after I got in my car and drove off the lot. First, there was some damage to the ba I wanted to get a Highlander and paid a lot. My disappointment was after I got in my car and drove off the lot. First, there was some damage to the back panel behind the rear wheel. I didn't notice it when I got the car and to my discredit, I didn't do a walk around before I drove off the lot or even before I signed ownership. It might have happened after but I highly doubt that since I only drove it to a Wal Mart and parked in a handicap space where another car couldn't have possibly touched my car. Second, and this is really a sore point with me. Beck Toyota didn't gas my car up. How much is a tank of gas? I paid over $36k for a certified Toyota and the dealer couldn't gas it up? Talk about cheap. Clearly, Beck Toyota is cutting corners and I am the person who gets cut doing it. Another issue is the navigation system. I asked if I would get an current up to date navigation map disk'/card and was told no.What came with the car is what I get. I did enjoy my salesman who was nice but trusting a used car salesman is a dangerous belief. More

After noticing some errors on my paperwork, I contacted him and was ignored and when I finally got a hold of him, was belittled and treated like dirt. I highly suggest not giving Beck Toyota any buisness unless of course you would like to over pay and not receive the trade in value that they told you they were going to give you.. All they do is add that amount to the price of the vehicle. Make sure you read every number and line with this dealership, or think twice about doing buisness here at all. More
