I was in and out in about two hours total, with only about 15 minutes of that consumed by the actual negotiating process. Sure, I spent a few dollars more than I wanted, and I'm sure the dealership accepted a few dollars less than they wanted. But that's sort of how you define a successful transaction: no one gets everything they want. :) I educated myself online beforehand and knew what I was interested in. Derick knew exactly where the car was on the lot and we were off for a test ride in short order. He answered all questions, showed me features I didn't know existed (despite my extensive research!) and was truly attentive and professional throughout the process. More
