Honest and forthcoming It is a bit scary purchasing a vehicle without being able to physically evaluate it, but that is what I did when purchasing a vehicle from Derik and B It is a bit scary purchasing a vehicle without being able to physically evaluate it, but that is what I did when purchasing a vehicle from Derik and Beck Toyota from out of state. I have history of highly successful used car purchases lately because I stick with my philosophy of evaluating the seller more than the car. If the seller is forthcoming with defects, responds quickly, and provides additional potentially negative information even when not requested, then they are likely an honest party you want to work with. That is what I received with Derik and Beck Toyota. The vehicle was in amazing condition ... they spent time detailing it (their detailer is phenomenal) and making sure everything was in top condition before I arrived. Their approach on selling vehicles appears to be under-promising and over-delivering. They held the car after I made an acceptable offer despite other interested parties. Derik was extremely helpful through the entire process and even made the extra effort to pick me up from the airport. I will state without hesitation that the cost of the flight and drive back was well worth the investment. It is unfortunate that more dealerships are not of this caliber. Beck is not a large dealership, but they seem to focus on quality and service. I am extremely pleased with the whole transaction. More

Derik spent a considerable amount of time teaching us how to use the car's sound system and offered to answer other questions as we needed. We have had the car for two and. a half weeks are very happy with the car and grateful to Carl and Derik for their help. More

Best Toyota Dealership in Indianapolis I bought a new Toyota Prius in 2014, was given a great deal at the time plus received great service all the while I owned the car. I never had a mechanical problem with the car, so I took it in for service every 5,000 miles and was always treated great and had very little wait times. In 2019, I decided that I wanted a larger car but wasn't sure what to buy. I did check several Toyota dealerships including Beck before making my decision to buy a new Corolla. I can say that the Beck team gave me the best deal including best trading in on my 2014 Prius C. The sales person Melissa Richey was fantastic in showing me the different options on cars I was interested in as well as getting the best deal for me on the 2020 Corolla that I bought. More

I have to admit that at first Beck Toyota was not my first choice to go look at cars (to be fair, I'm also not entirely sure why other than I just didn't think of it); therefore; Beck Toyota was not our first stop in going out to look at vehicles we wanted to look at from our online shopping. We made an online inquiry. Trent Purdue contacted us very quickly and communicated with us ahead of our visit. We made an appointment to come in on a Friday afternoon. We didn't know what to think when we drove into the lot as it seemed to be very small and literally only about three places to park our car. He greeted us outside, showed us the 4 vehicles we inquired about. We were immediately impressed with the quality of vehicles and with the details of each Trent provided. We were looking for 2016 Camry XLEs under a certain mileage and price. Each one we looked at was clean inside and out (believe it or not there was a big difference from some other dealerships). We test drove the two we were most interested in. Again, Trent was friendly and patient with us asking questions and providing additional details about the cars that would help us to make our decision. We left with a strong impression that lead to our decision that we wanted to purchase a car from Beck. We came back later that day to purchase the car we wanted. Derek made the paper work a total breeze and was very friendly and patient. They had a few people waiting and needing assistance (busy part of the day) and I thought the process was still thorough and never felt rushed or pressured. Beck as a whole from a purchasing perspective was truly a great experience. This is my first Toyota... and so far, I'm impressed. We will be bringing our newly acquired used Toyota Camry back to Beck down the road for the first servicing appointment. I am encouraged that the experience will be very similar. Kudos to the Becks and the Beck Toyota management team here in Greenwood for setting the standards for which ALL dealerships should hope to be! More
