Pleased with experience and car! We checked online for cars we were interested in and then e-mailed the dealership. Even though it was late and the dealership was closed, we had a re We checked online for cars we were interested in and then e-mailed the dealership. Even though it was late and the dealership was closed, we had a response in a very short time from two salesman (almost simultaneously). The next morning we got a call from our salesman, Trent Purdue, asking how he could help. We set up a time that afternoon to see the car we were interested in. Upon arrival, he met us in the parking lot, introduced himself and showed us the car and all its features. We took a test drive and were very pleased, made a deal and, within a short time, we had gone through all the paperwork necessary. Derek Kemmerlin made the financial end painless and easy. We love our new car and were very happy with the experience! More

Patient and Prompt I went to see a car I had seen on the internet. While on the lot, I saw the car that I really wanted. Being from out-of-town, I needed to return home I went to see a car I had seen on the internet. While on the lot, I saw the car that I really wanted. Being from out-of-town, I needed to return home to secure financing which I was able to do in a couple days. My banker called the dealership to assure them that the deal would be completed and Beck's was patient and able to give me the couple days I needed to get back to them with a check. More
