Two weeks later I went too look again and met Trent Purdue. That visit I asked to see the inside of the car and started it. Trent was very knowledgeable about the car. Third visit again I met Trent and drove the car, again a very relaxed visit. I liked the car and the experience so I bought it. I was impressed with the professionalism as well as knowledge at Beck Toyota and would recommend the dealership. More

Great experience with Kensey Kensey was absolutely fantastic to work with through a nearly 3 month long process. She was the only one to respond through Trucar with an actual quo Kensey was absolutely fantastic to work with through a nearly 3 month long process. She was the only one to respond through Trucar with an actual quote on the specific vehicle I was interested in. That price and her willingness to patiently wait while my job situation clarified was what really made a big difference. In the end we chose a vehicle that had not even arrived at the dealership, but she was able to honor the previous deal even though the vehicle we bought had one more feature on it. Kensey is fantastic through email as well as in person, we would certainly be happy to deal with her again! More

No Hassle, no high pressure salesmanship I have never been able to make a fast decision on purchasing a vehicle, in fact, my last purchase decision took me a year and several dealerships befo I have never been able to make a fast decision on purchasing a vehicle, in fact, my last purchase decision took me a year and several dealerships before I could find the right car and the right price and the right salesman. But my latest purchase took me a day, less than a day. David Langston of Beck Toyota was the perfect salesman. No high pressure, answered all my questions and just so happened to have the perfect car for me! I wasn't ready to switch vehicles when someone ran a red light and forced me to give up my trusted Corolla. I couldn't decide if I wanted a new or used Corolla or Camry. I had searched for weeks online for something that would fit and set out to spend the day shopping. I was nervous because I felt the pressure of needing to return the rental car the insurance company was paying for and having to find something in my price range with little to no mileage. Dave made me feel comfortable. Didn't seem to mind my bartering and was helpful without being pushy. He even offered to follow me to the rental place so I could return my rental and not have to wait several days for family members to help me drive my new purchase home. Even the finance guy was able to lower my interest rate. I don't remember all the names of the hands I shook but everyone I encountered was friendly, polite, informative without making me feel I couldn't walk out without the car but was glad I returned. After a shiny wash, several gallons of gas, I drove my new car home and have been loving it ever since. I have always loved my Toyotas and now I have found a dealership I love as well. More
Wonderful service team. Terrible Management It is a true shame that after working with a WONDERFUL gentleman in the service department, this "General Manager" (he does not deserve that title) ha It is a true shame that after working with a WONDERFUL gentleman in the service department, this "General Manager" (he does not deserve that title) has caused this dealership to not only lose business, but to upset someone so greatly that I will now be as vocal as possible about my experience, specifically with Owen Webster. After being told no less than 5 different answers for whether they have payment options when your car is in need of service repairs, Owen called me back to basically tell me they have no options other than to do a trade in and buy a new car with them. Well thanks to Owen, that will literally NEVER be something I do with Beck Toyota. For a call that lasted only 6 minutes, Owen Webster tried over speak me, LITERALLY laughed to mock me for being so upset and then had the audacity to say he understood how I'm feeling as I'm sitting here stranded, with my car at their dealership, literally not able to be turned on, 5 days before Christmas. After having to LITERALLY yell over him to demand to speak with someone else (because he would NOT stop over talking me), he told it was not an option. A lot more happened than what I care to type but ultimately do business here ever again is no longer an option. The only reason I gave them two stars is because I can NOT stress enough how INCREDIBLE the gentleman (true gentleman by ever meaning over the word) I worked with in the service center. He was the ONLY positive experience I had working with this dealership and I hate that I cannot give him my business because of the incredibly unprofessional service given by this company's general manager. More
