Trent was my salesman and to my surprise he didn't aggravate me or get on my nerves as most salesman tend to do, sorry guys!:) I actually liked Trent and he didn't try to BS me or my wife. He was very patient with all the questions, the test drive etc., and went over everything possible with the van and all it's features. He didn't rush us or make us feel in anyway that he was focused on anything but us and the van. He worked with us and got the price we wanted and the payments. I've been to a lot of dealerships and it was anything but pleasant. Both times at Beck and both were pretty painless, nice work guys! As an educated consumer I don't have anything negative to say about Trent or Beck, thanks for the painless experience. More

We had a bit of a wait to see the financing person because we went on a Saturday, but while we were waiting, Trent would check in with us periodically to let us know the status of things and where we were in line, despite being clearly busy with multiple customers. Once we got in to see Steve Rose, the process was very speedy and efficient. Except for the wait, this was about as pleasant an experience as you can have to buy a car. More

He was able to answer all of our questions about each car he showed us. He could not have been more kind and friendly, if he had been a boy scout. I called him after the sale to ask a couple of questions and he was just as friendly and accommodating as he was before we bought the car. We live in Fishers, so I called every Toyota dealer closer to us than the Beck Toyota dealership, but Beck had more used Rav4's to choose from and Derik was far more personable than anyone else I was able to speak with at the other, closer dealerships. So, we made the long drive. It turned out be really be worth it. More
