We were treated with respect and they made sure we had all the answers and information we needed before we purchased a 2017 vehicle. Internet sales manager Patrick Burke and sales representative Dave Kellar could not have been nicer. Mr. Kellar spent a lot of time with us and was not only gracious but extremely knowledgeable. The reality is that for most families, a car purchase is huge financial commitment. I felt like the staff at Beck helped us get a vehicle that was right for our family, as opposed to trying to talk us into something more expensive. We also appreciated that their price offer was very fair, and that they did not do any type of "hard sell" on the extended warranties, which we declined. Paperwork was fast and easy. Finally -- and this is important -- I have been to dealerships that addressed all communication toward the husband while ignoring the wife. That is poor business practice. Mr. Kellar spoke to both of us, and that mattered as of course a major purchase affects each spouse. I would recommend this dealership without reservation to female friends. We are so pleased overall with Beck and we love our new Highlander! More

Fantastic customer service experience I originally met with Dave on Friday night about a used RAV4. He was personable and very knowledgeable and was willing to answer any questions that I had. I appreciated the way that he understood that sticking within my budget was very important to me. He also understood that I was purchasing a car on Saturday and didn't want my car buying experience to drag on. I came back to Beck Toyota the next day and explained to Dave that I wanted to shift my search to a new car, a Corolla. Dave didn't even pause and was interested in continuing to help me with my car buying search. Patrick Burke was able to quickly get me a price on a Corolla I was interested in. Dave took the information from Patrick and also a price from a competitive dealership and worked to find me an even better price on a car that met both my needs and my budget. My car buying experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend buying a car at Beck Toyota and working with Dave. More
Great online sales help with locating a vehicle I contacted Beck Toyota and several other local Toyota dealers one night to see if they had a specific RAV4 Hybrid that I was ready to buy. I let them know the color, options, etc. that I was looking for. The next morning, Kensey had emailed me that they had located a vehicle that matched what I asked for. While it wasn't on their lot, they could order it in for me. Among all the local dealers that I contacted online, SHE WAS THE ONLY PERSON that actually found me exactly what I wanted! (The other dealers all sent me back vehicles with different trim lines, different colors, different options, and so forth. They tried to talk me into something that met THEIR needs rather than listening to their customer.) Kensey was super-responsive to my emails and phone calls. Beck Toyota's price was also very competitive. When I buy my next Toyota, I will save myself some headache and go to Beck first! More
Attempted to schedule a rountine maintenance I phoned dealership. Lady who answered was very courteous. I was transferred to service department. Again, lady who answered was very courteous and professional. She informed me a service scheduler could text to communicate to schedule an appointment if texting was a better option. I agreed to texting. I almost immediately was contacted by someone. Again, very courteous and professional. I responded, answered questions and confirmed I wanted to schedule. That is where the good experience ended. I NEVER received another text. I decided maybe person was off that day, or became busy. I waited until next day (Saturday) I sent another text asking if more information was needed. I decided then if they wanted my business, they would respond. If not Saturday, they would on Monday, or Tuesday. No, I received no text or even a call from someone else. I scheduled service online with another Toyota dealership and have had a great experience. I am new to the Indy area. I chose Beck due to great reviews, I see tons of vehicles with their logo on the back and have seen the dealership. I was impressed. Sadly, that fell quite short based on lack of professionalism. Not only was a service customer lost, any sales are also lost from me. More

This is the 2nd time we have had the pleasure of working with Trent with the purchase of a new vehicle. Trent blew it out of the park with his customer service! He is kind, patient and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. We finalized our paperwork close to 9pm, Trent stayed after 9pm and assisted us with downloading our phone over to the vehicle phone as my husband is not too keen with technology. We always feel at ease dealing with Trent. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I would highly recommend putting your faith in Trent! More

We were there for service on my wife's RAV4 , & just killing time walking the lot. An older model RAV4 caught my eye about the time Dave showed up & introduced himself. I let him know we were just killing time, and he said to let him know if we had any questions. After further review of the RAV4, I did, and true to his word, he was there, and answered each one, in a non scripted, no pressure way. Long story short, I bought the RAV4, and still find myself having questions on some of the "technology", and all I do is text Dave, and he is there to answer... what a great guy he is Thanks More
