My certified used vehicle was not detailed to my standards but Derik talked with them and they were able to more thoroughly clean it before I took it home. More

Highly Recommend Trent! I had been looking into purchasing a Toyota Tundra 1794 but couldn't find one on a lot to actually take a look at. I already had the financing in pla I had been looking into purchasing a Toyota Tundra 1794 but couldn't find one on a lot to actually take a look at. I already had the financing in place and then found that there was one available at Beck Toyota. When I called, I didn't tell them I was already financed because I didn't want to be 'pressured' into anything. I spoke with a salesman named Trent on the phone and he said there was one right off the truck and he'd get it out for me to look at, so I made my 30 minute drive down to the dealership. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by Trent and he was awesome! He was very knowledgable and as I looked all through the truck he was very patient as I asked questions. I left the lot and thanked him for taking the time to allow me to go through the truck. After thinking more for a few days, I called back and spoke with Trent. I went back to the dealership and Trent handled everything for me. I also wanted to get an add-on dual exhaust system and TRD sway bar. Trent ordered the parts and got them installed in a very timely manner. I also wanted the windows tinted and a tonneau cover. Trent also assisted me in getting those taken care of before picking the truck up. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this dealership and hope to work with Trent again. Although, I have a feeling he's going to continue to move up the ladder due to his attitude. In addition to working with Trent, when I went to the financing department I worked with Derek. I came prepared with questions and he did a great job with his explanations. Again, he was another associate for Beck with an awesome attitude. Overall, I would say my experience at Beck Toyota was outstanding and I will definitely refer others here. There are other dealerships closer to my side of town, however this was worth the drive!
