We bought an F-350 last year with recalls that weren’t addressed at the time of purchase and here we are over a year later still “working through them” xxxx poor communication from the service department. We were told numerous times that they would get a status update and call us back without receiving one. We had to call the sales department numerous times to walk over to the service department to get them to pick up. FYI- this is even after taking a new one home to buy in addition to the problem child. We’re still waiting on those calls btw. More
