I informed my service advisor that I needed my car soon. I couldn’t keep it in the shop for too long, not sure how he worked his magic but I got my car back earlier than expected. When I was getting my car back I saw that the front of the car was on top of the parking bump and definitely it got scratched underneath nothing visible but there it is also as the person was pulling my c the car was on top of the parking bump and definitely it got scratched underneath nothing visible but there it is also as the person was pulling my car out I could see how the bump touch the car. I was there because my trunk was locked , and change the oil, the parts was suppose to coming next day , I come back left the car for 4 hours , nobody call me , I went back to find out and them told me that oil, the parts was suppose to coming next day , I come back left the car for 4 hours , nobody call me , I went back to find out and them told me that the part was no there, they told me that they are going to call me when the parts arrive , until today nobody has been call(I call many time amd.
