Certified 2016 CRV broke down on first drive I bought a Certified 2016 CRV from this dealer. A few days later, on my first trip in the car, I stopped for gas 2.5 hours away from home and noticed I bought a Certified 2016 CRV from this dealer. A few days later, on my first trip in the car, I stopped for gas 2.5 hours away from home and noticed fluid gushing from the vehicle. I called Hudson Honda to try to see if towing the car was an option, but could not get through (later blamed on new phone system). I had the car towed with my insurance to a local shop, hoping the oil filter wasn't screwed on. It turns out it was transmission fluid. After hours trying to get assistance from service, who couldn't seem to believe that I had broken down outside of the immediate vicinity of the dealership I finally got through to Regis, who was helpful and is the only saving grace of this whole experience. I got Honda to two the car to a local dealer and got a rental car. The dealer did reimburse me for the rental car. After a week at the dealer 2.5 hours away, the car was ready after a transmission and transfer case replacement. I had to rent another car to get up there to get it, so an extra 5 hours travel on my part. Again, they paid for the rental car, but it took me over an hour to deal with the local Hertz that I needed to go through so I didn't get to pay out of pocket. For all this aggravation, I was given $150 credit at the dealer for oil changes and a car that I now have to worry about. I'll be using my $150 then taking my business elsewhere. More
