1st oil change Brought my vehicle in for its 1st oil change which happened to be free. I was greeted by the service manager Michael who directed me to Chris Gomez. I let chris know i was coming in for my 1st oil change which he informed me was free and that my tire pressure light was on. The assistant manager Regis instructed me that I had to replace my tire because it had to nails in it. He offered me a discount since it was my first service. Overall, extremely happy with my experience. Staff very professional and friendly. More

Horrible I brought my car to get a diagnostic due to a noise in my car when I accelerate and after diagnostic they provided me with some repairs for the proble I brought my car to get a diagnostic due to a noise in my car when I accelerate and after diagnostic they provided me with some repairs for the problem. I took my car for those repairs which I paid almost $1,500 and I still have the problem in my car. I went back to the dealer and i told Chris Gomez the service advisor and he went and talked with the manager and told me that they have to do another diagnostic and there’s nothing that they could do for me, so my concern is that I did some repairs in my car which I didn’t need it and they stole my money. This is not cool and I have bringing my car to this dealer for all my services and I won’t bring it back never again . More
