The finance man that took a care of my financing, I went back and asked for a removal of my gap insurance and extended warranty. Showed up for our recall service appointment and were told "we don't have the part, when can we reschedule your app" no phone call to let us know not to come in, no apologies. Very unprofessional. They call me a few days after that to tell me "hi we have your part in when would you like to come in" I ask to speak to manager which of course was not available, the woman on the phone basically hangs up.
