Hudson Honda - Service Center

Doing something the right way vs getting it done. I took my car for an oil change and alignment. Which was done but when I get the car back the steering wheel is misaligned. I had to rush to work so I I took my car for an oil change and alignment. Which was done but when I get the car back the steering wheel is misaligned. I had to rush to work so I called and no answer. I called the next day and someone said they would reach out to the service advisor and contact me back. Instead I get a call back from them wanting to buy my car from me. This is the third day and no call back. I’m heading to the office in the morning but this is horrible customer service. If you going to do something do it right the first time and double check the work . Or at least have someone get back to the customer that is dealing with an issue after the service was done. More
