Great service today Happy with the appt for the day after I called...took me on time & respected my time...as they said it would be ready in 1 1/2 hrs. & It was ready.. I took it in for one thing & asked if the recall part was in on another issue...it was & they took care of it. Manager said he would call me when the recall part came in...that was 2 1/2 months ago...never received a call. Trust is very important....Sorry to hear but not sure if I can't trust their promises. A bit of a disappointment What I was told and what I received was skewed. I felt pressured to change a clutch that was changed not all that long ago compared to time of purchas What I was told and what I received was skewed. I felt pressured to change a clutch that was changed not all that long ago compared to time of purchase. I was told that the plastic grill would be repaired to prevent the compressor from further damage it didn’t happen I waited a while before responding because I wanted to see how the car responded I have since had trouble with a maintenance light, my battery hesitates when turning car on at first and this is less than a year old. Overall a bit of disappointment after receiving such courtesy. More

Hands free volume level problem I have a volume level problem with the hands free feature in my Honda, they never help me out with the problem, they didn’t fix it and they don’t even I have a volume level problem with the hands free feature in my Honda, they never help me out with the problem, they didn’t fix it and they don’t even know what the problem is, they gave me another different answer, not even close to the actual problem, and they have a poor Vallet service... very unprofessional!!
