They gave me my quotes for time and would call me and let me know when the service was done. Within two hours I had all my recalled parts repaired and replaced and was very helpfully brought back to my car. More

Only thing to rescue in this dealership’s service is Gustavo Originally took my pilot for service on 9/9/19 and all went well until I was notified about my car being damaged by the valet guy. The only person who assumed responsibility was Gustavo (VERY helpful). Although the dealer fixed my rear bumper, it looks nothing like the original bumper. A crappy patch job in which the bolts were painted over and it probably is guaranteed to peel off in a year or two. If this were an accident claim they’d have replaced the entire bumper. My cars will never again be brought to this place for service. More
Quick but costly Had a crazy noise coming from my car, called ASAP and they took me ASAP which was great. They also did all my maintenance that was needed. $390 later so that was a surprise. That’s a lot of money for an oil change and some other checks. $220 of that was labor alone. What is the point of having a warranty? Benjamin was great and helped me. Not his fault the cost was ridiculous. Lastly, no one could find why the noise happens and only could tell me if happens again bring it back. It’s a brand new car, only got in December. More

Return from vacation to a very sick car.. Returned from vacation and my car was making a weird sound and smelled of gas really bad. Called Hudson honda and was able to be seen wright away. It turns out it was the wire harness and a few other cables. The first attempt to repair it was a failure, but I was given a loaner car. With patients and time the car is done. I'm still apprehensive but my concerns are dealt with. I'd like to say that Chris was extremely patient, attentive and communicative throughout the whole process. Thank you. More
