But I’ll stick with my most recent a week ago when I went in for a simple oil change. Not only was jhan rude explaining the pricing but once he noticed I was unhappy with getting a different price on the phone than the one he told meme immediately began giving me an attitude. I simply asked to be given the same price that the lady who scheduled my appointment gave me. He repeated over and over to check the price on the board and insisted he was giving me a “sale”. So I asked him to give me a sec before making a decision as I was discussing the pricing with my boyfriend on the phone. During my phone call this KID decides to start talking over me and repeating over and over (which shows poor listening skills) that the pricing is on the wall behind me to look at the wall. I asked him several times to excuse me that I was not the phone and was not speaking to him. He ignored my request and continued talking at me while I was on the phone. The manager came out and barely handled the situation just asking me to step into his office instead of correcting his employee. With a manager like that makes sense why boy behaved that way! More

Do not use this dealer for anything! I’ve spent nearly $1000 in tows, rental car and Lyft rides. My brand new 2019 Honda CRV has broken down 3 times in 2 weeks. I was assured my car was s I’ve spent nearly $1000 in tows, rental car and Lyft rides. My brand new 2019 Honda CRV has broken down 3 times in 2 weeks. I was assured my car was safe to drive and it was not. After the second attempt at a fix, my new car now has a vibration to it and a noticeable clicking sound is coming from the engine. I was told by Regis in the service department that the noise and vibration is normal for the new fuel injected cars. I’m not an idiot. That is completely untrue. Brand new cars should not vibrate or make engine noises. After going online I have learned CRV and Civics are having major engine issues that should be fixed by an “update”. Mine has not been fixed. At this point I do not know what further engine damage has been done because of the stalling issues I’ve experienced. My brand new engine should not be vibrating and making any loud noises. Do not buy a Honda or use this dealership. I can no longer recommend a Honda to anyone. More
